(1). How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on the selected shipping method. The specific shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown during the checkout process.

(3). Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items to be delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

(4). Do you deliver to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

We are able to ship to PO Boxes, but we are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

(5). Address corrections and lost orders

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@herbalj.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. However, you have the following options:

• If the package has already been delivered to your local post office, you can contact them directly and request a redirection to a different address. Please note that this is subject to the discretion of the postal office.
• If you need further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Care Team, and we will be happy to assist you.
• When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays getting your order.

If your order has not arrived at your shipping address within 15 business days from the date of order placement, please contact us at contact@herbalj.com. Our Customer Care Department will handle your case, and if necessary, we will provide a replacement or refund.
